ARRIVAL

Your Spa Day will run between 9:00AM-5:00PM on weekdays and 10:00AM – 6:00PM on weekend bookings. We kindly request that you arrive at the spa at least 30 minutes before your treatment time, where your treatment times will be reconfirmed to you. If you are late, we cannot guarantee your treatment will go ahead, with no refund given. You will also fill out a quick health form and be given a show-round of the Spa facilities. Lunch / afternoon tea is included during your Spa Day served 12:00PM-5:00PM. One complimentary robe, one towel and one pair of slippers will be provided per person on arrival. Please feel free to bring your own robe if you feel more comfortable.

HEALTH & PREGNANCY

Please disclose to us any allergies, food intolerances or pregnancy before your spa day, this can limit your treatment choice and may not be able to be changed on the day. we can offer pregnancy treatments after the first trimester.

LEISURE FACILITIES

As a spa guest you can take advantage of the spa facilities - these include the pool, gym, Jacuzzi, steam room & sauna.

Please be aware that all guests will need to finish using the facilities 30 minutes prior to closure. Please be advised that there is a £5.00 deposit for the use of our padlocks due to the volume that are not being handed back.

RELAXATION ROOM

We have a relaxation room within the spa where you can find Tea, Coffee, and Water to help yourself to. You are welcome to these throughout the day and take them onto poolside if you wish to do so.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Minimum age to have a treatment is 16.

Swim times for under 16's are 9AM - 11AM and 4PM - 6PM, Monday to Sunday.

Important: Bookings for Spa Treatments alone do not include access to spa and leisure facilities such as pool, sauna etc.

Spa treatments alone do not include lunch.
